- You will be required to submit an application for membership which will include a substantial amount of data required by MIRMA'S excess insurance carriers. Some of the most necessary data is listed as follows:

- You will be required to sign a membership contract with MIRMA adopting its Articles of Association and By-Laws. There is also an additional application required by the Division of Workers' Compensation which MIRMA will prepare for you.
- You will be required to furnish MIRMA with a copy of your ordinance authorizing your participation in MIRMA and the signing of the membership contract, thereby, making a final commitment to participate in MIRMA.
